I cleaned my garden and wanted to go dump my refuse at the landfill, which allows me the first 500kg for free. This morning the lady told me I must register for an account. What account? Why must I register? I never had any problems before.
I’m a resident, however, I was told to turn around and bring along my utility account and ID. So I had to drive all the way back to Krugersdorp North. As for this responsible resident … I just became an illegal dumper.
