I don’t understand how Mogale City runs its accounts.
I made numerous phone calls to their credit control department to sort out my account.
After several days of making phone calls, and their empty promises to call me back, I finally managed to get to a point where all I had to pay was approximately R135.
I paid R140! I owe them nothing, and yet today I received a final notice saying I owe them R1 600!
How on earth did they calculate this amount?
Now I have to make more phone calls at my expense to get them to fix their mess again.
What on earth?
