Over some months it has been most difficult to draw my South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) pension from most well-known shops in the Mogale City Municipality area.
However, recently it has been a wonderful experience to shop at Checkers Monument.
The two people, Nancy Sithole and Mmado Gumede have been most friendly and provided an exceptional service in paying out my pension without insisting upon buying essentials with my Sassa card before considering allowing a further withdrawal.
It certainly is also a great pleasure to be accommodated by such able bodied staff.
