I have been a resident of Witpoortjie for the the past six years, however, now I have moved to Krugersdorp.
Having said that I frequently commute between these two places.
But criminal activities that are taking place at Witpoortjie Station have prompt me to say something.
Owing to darkness around the station after 7.30pm it has become a haven for criminals robbing people getting off from trains and taxis. I recently had to run for dear life after witnessing a man being robbed.
What is the reason for having security officers at the station during the day and night?
This is an eyesore in a rather quiet neighbourhood.
