How is it possible that the police, health department and Mogale City’s by-law enforcement agencies allow people to consume alcohol, smoke dagga and urinate openly in public around taverns?
This happens on Friday and Saturday afternoons at the corner of Eloff and Kruger Streets in Krugersdorp central, this right near the entrance of the Dutch Reformed Church.
Also drunkards regularly abuse motorists, swearing at them when they are coming out of the church yard proceeding to burial services.
People also leave children as young as seven years old outside these taverns or locked in cars while consuming alcohol in the taverns.
Let’s create an alcohol- and drug-free environment for our adults and kids to live in.
