‘Why should we pay for his goodwill?’

HP du Preez of Silverfields writes:

I wish to congratulate Thabile Mange on his excellent command of the English language.

People like him should be in Parliament. Chief Mangosuthu Buthelezi of the Inkatha Freedom Party is not a racist either.

He accommodates white people as MPs. One such was the late Mario Ambrosini. During the Easter weekend, he carred symbolic cross with white and black Christians.

President Zuma, a close friend of King Goodwill Zwelithini with his six wives and 27 children, pays a staggering R156 000 per day for his goodwill to convince the Zulu nation to vote ANC.

This was published in Beeld of 29 April 2015, portraying King Goodwill in his traditional outfit marrying his sixth wife.

Why should the taxpayers pay for such extravagance while millions of South Africa’s population cannot even afford to buy a loaf of bread per day?
