In a short period of time, I saw at least two driving instructors of well-known driving schools in our area disobeying the rules of the road.
They ignored stop signs, and were chatting on their cellphones while driving in the midst of peak traffic.
This is a big concern for me, as they are suppose to set the example. Parents pay them lots of money to teach their children, and some of them do not obey the rules themselves. That is not acceptable!
There must be a way to control their behaviour or they should be tested again, to prove their fitness as driving instructors.
We entrust our children to them, but I am not so sure [this is a good idea, especially] if some of them fail to put safety first and set the proper example behind closed car doors.
Parents, make sure that the instructor taking your child for driving lessons is setting the right example and putting safety first.
