
I would like to compliment the municipality on the bad service and attitudes received today.
I tried to phone numerous numbers on the website, to no avail. When I got hold of the call centre, I was given an attitude and told I’d have to wait until the next day to be helped with the meter. Which means that I will be without water until then, our toilet hasn’t been flushed since the morning, which is a health hazard, we have no drinking water … not being able to cook meals.
Why can’t our old meters be put back and be billed by the municipality again? Since this new c**p has been installed, it has been problematic. Why change things that work? Give these meters to those who do not pay their accounts. Why must we who pay on time and in full every month be punished?
My right to have running water is being kept from me.
I will probably not even get an answer on my email I sent, but who cares? Definitely not the Mogale Municipality.
