I’ve lived in Krugersdorp for the past 80 years and this is a wonderful example of coexistence between nations and nationalities.
As a young man, I attended the local school in Krugersdorp North and all the years in my business, I have met and become friends with so many people from all walks of life: the local dominees, the Catholic priests, the pastors and the wonderful black and Indian members of our community that have become lifelong friends.
All have utmost respect for each other. I have travelled all over the world but have never experienced such friendliness and hospitality as with the residents of Krugersdorp.
In times of difficulties there is always someone at my gate to visit and assist. I’m so blessed to have been a member of the K’dorp community all my life. What a town!
