Local boxing champ fights for world title tonight
Boxing champ Ryno Liebenberg who was born in Krugersdorp, will take on Russia's Fedor Chudinov for the World Boxing Association (WBA) Interim World Super Middleweight Title.
Tonight, 4 June, boxing champ Ryno Liebenberg who was born in Krugersdorp, will take on Russia’s Fedor Chudinov for the World Boxing Association (WBA) Interim World Super Middleweight Title.
Ryno, who has been boxing professionally for the past 11 years, said the world title would mean everything to him. He expects it to be a hard match, but his plan is to knock out his opponent and bring the belt back to South Africa. Tonight, he said, he will give everything in the ring.
