The race took place at the Termas de Río Hondo track during the weekend from March 14 to 16.
Darryn placed sixth in the race narrowly missing out on a Top 5 and just 14.409 seconds behind the winner. He is currently 12th in the World Championship standings.
On Gresini Racing’s official website, Darryn said he was happy on how things panned out.
“I didn’t get the best of starts, so I felt like I really had to push quite hard in the beginning. I maybe used too much of the rear tyre the first couple of laps, and at the end I felt like I was just struggling to hang on that podium battle,” he added.
“Overall, I’m happy with my race and I’m feeling good. We are now looking forward to Texas,” Darryn concluded.
He will race again at the Red Bull Grand Prix of The Americas from March 28 to 30.
