The Cradle of Hope seeks more players and prizes for golf day

The women and children's organisation is calling for more players and prize sponsors to help make its upcoming golf day a success.

The Cradle of Hope is appealing to golfers and businesses to support its upcoming Charity Golf Day, which will take place on Thursday, July 30, at the Ruimsig Country Club.

Organisers are aiming to fill 36 four-balls, accommodating a total of 144 players. While several entries have already been received, there are still four-ball spots available, and golfers are encouraged to sign up for a day of golf, networking and fundraising in support of a worthy cause.

Registration opens at 10:00, with the shotgun start at 11:00, followed by the prize-giving ceremony at 18:30.

The charity is also looking for additional prize sponsors. With several prizes already secured, businesses and individuals are invited to donate prizes to help make the event even more successful and enhance the experience for participants.

Funds raised during the event will support The Cradle of Hope’s work with vulnerable women and children, while offering participants an enjoyable day on the fairways.

Golfers wishing to book a four-ball, or businesses interested in sponsoring prizes, can contact Janine Masters on 076 262 0452 or send an email to information@thecradleofhope.org.
