Winter has arrived and it is really cold outside!

Since the start of winter Krugersdorpers have been hard at work trying to help to keep those less fortunate warm and cosy.

Loads of knitted relief have been distributed across the town, and warm and hearty food is being donated.

But what about our furry friends? They also need warmth and love this winter.

Local animal shelters are appealing to the community for blankets and food to keep the many abandoned animals warm during the icy winter months.

If you do not have the funds to buy anything, time is also a valuable commodity.

Why not help dishing out food at the local soup kitchen or help out at a children’s home?
