Shaking it up in Krugersdorp!

Did you feel the earth moving on Monday?

While some did not even notice the magnitude 4 quake that hit most parts of Johannesburg, those who did feel some earth shattering activity kept social media buzzing for most of the day.

For once something which is beyond human control made some headlines – or could we have prevented it?

Perhaps our disregard for Earth is catching up with us and the light tremors are just the tip of the iceberg.

While conversations continue about the cause of the tremor, we should remember to tread gently on this Earth and respect for Mother Nature.

All we can do is make sure we are prepared for whatever happens.
