Are we going to choke?

With the Cricket World Cup in full swing and South Africa’s chances hanging by a tread, the question on everyone’s mind is; are we going to choke?

This week we play Sri Lanka and I think it is going to be a tough one.

Listening to the radio this morning, the sports reporter said that South Africa needs to play this particular game as if it is the final … and I couldn’t agree more.

The moment the team underestimate their opponent, they choke.

As hard as it is to believe, we can make it to the finals. We are well capable of being the best.

So I am putting all my faith in AB and his boys to take us to the top.

By just reaching the finals it would be more of an achievement than actually winning because SA has never been through to the finals.
