Coffins scattered over the N12

Shocking campaign on the N12.

Motorist driving on the N12 on 19 March were shocked to the core as coffins were scattered all along the  road with flowers.

The message of the coffins stood loud and clear, Speed Kills.

The Lead SA team decided to do a Speed Kills campaign to alert the public about road safety.

Twitter were a buzz as pictures of the ‘scene’ was retweeted.

“Many motorists say the 47 coffins along the N14 has brought the message home” – tweeted Yusuf Abramjee,

Another tweet read; “All that this #LeadSARoadSafety campaign is, is a marketing ploy. No number of coffins or flowers is going to change the way people drive” – tweeted PigSpotter Cliff.
