Limpopo is Baobab heaven
Did you know that the Baobab tree is full of nutrients or that bats, instead of bees, pollinate the baobab flower?
These are very interesting trees.
Limpopo houses the two biggest baobab trees in the country.
The biggest is the Sunland Baobab, close to Modjadjiskloof and the second is the Glencoe Baobab in Hoedspruit.
One of the branches of the Sunland Baobab is almost broken off, because of its age.
The Glencoe Baobab tree split into two in 2009.
Without its branch, will the Sunland Baobab still be the biggest?
