HAENERSTBURG: Manhunt for three escapees

BREAKING NEWS: The Police in Haenertsburg outside Tzaneen have launched a manhunt for the three awaiting trial prisoners who escaped from the Police holding cells during the night, April 8.

‘Th incident was uncovered during a routine check by the Police in and around the cells and the circumstances of their escaping is still being investigated, the police said.

The escapees were identified as follows:

Abel Modiba aged 27 years old who was arrested for two house robberies.

Thomas Nkuna aged 33 years who was arrested for two house robberies.

Elia Makgaba aged 28 years who was arrested for armed robbery.
