#MyPoliceStation: These are the numbers you can call, wherever you may be in the country

WATCH: The Police Minster, Fikile Mbalula launched a media campaign under #MyPoliceStation on Wednesday October 4.

Police Minister Fikile Mbalula has on Wednesday launched a social media campaign under the #MyPoliceStation.

“This campaign has been motivated by many cases reported to me, in particular, the case of Constable LC Phaswane of Sandton Police Station, who used state resources to deal with her personal issues while ignoring our people who came for services. I can confirm that disciplinary processes have been initiated and this must serve as a warning to other rotten potatoes,” said Mbalula.

This initiative aims to assist the reporting of service delivery complaints directly to the department and will help strengthen the partnership between the police and citizens.

“Our people deserve better, and we will do our best to deliver the best service. We have no time to waste time,” Mbalula added.
