FlySafair launches Cape Town–Hoedspruit route

FlySafair has announced a new direct flight route between Cape Town and Hoedspruit, launching in October with fares from R1 570.

HOEDSPRUIT – Low-cost airline FlySafair has officially announced the launch of a new direct flight route connecting Cape Town and Hoedspruit, opening up greater travel convenience between the Western Cape and Limpopo’s popular safari destination.

The new route will operate as follows: Flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with the first flight departing on October 2.

The airline stated in a media release that fares will start from R1 570 one way, subject to availability, timing, and other factors that influence pricing and ticket sales for the route.

“Hoedspruit is a gateway to the Kruger National Park and surrounding private reserves, and we’re proud to offer travellers a more affordable and convenient way to reach this incredible region,” said Kirby Gordon, chief marketing officer at FlySafair.
