NOTICE OF CONSENT USE APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 71(1) OF THE GREATER LETABA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2018, IN ORDER TO OBTAIN CONSENT FOR ERECTION OF A TELECOMMUNICATION MAST AND BASE STATION ON PORTION 14 OF SEGOP`S LOCATION NO. 821 LS Notice is hereby given , that I, the undersigned, Sboniso Ntombela from the firm Risaka Group SA (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of Mast Services (Pty) Ltd have applied to the Greater Letaba Local Municipality for a written consent in terms of section 71(1) of the Greater Letaba Local Municipality By- Law, 2018, in order to develop a telecommunication mast with associated base station on Portion 14 of Segop`s Location No.821 LS
Particulars of this application will be open for inspection during normal working hours (08H00 to 16H30) at the office of the Town Planner, Land Use Management: Development and Town Planning Unit, situated at 44 Botha Street Civic Centre Modjadjiskloof, Limpopo, 0835 or a copy can be obtained from the applicant at the address indicated on the notice. Any objection to, or representation in respect of, this application must be submitted in writing to Risaka Group SA (Pty)Ltd and or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address, within 30 days from 26 June 2026 to 27 July 2026 by quoting the above- mentioned heading, the objector`s interest in the matter, the ground(s) of the objection/representation, the objector`s property description, phone numbers and address.
