This female league is played at PSL level and it was important for both teams to win in order to up their position in the league’s log.
However, Ma-indies FC failed to make any noticeable impression despite playing on their home ground.

City Lads was the dominating team throughout the match right from the start.

However, the City Lads turned the tables on them by constantly breaching their defense at the back.

This forced the host team to play a defensive ball leading to a goal-less first half. The breakthrough for the City Lads came in the second half when Ma-indies’ defense appeared to be even weaker due to exhaustion.
They captalised on this opportunity, and sneaked through the weak defense to register their first goal against the host team.
