Dr Kgatle launches book in Phalaborwa
A PhD celebration and book launch of Dr Solly Kgatle will be held on November 13 in Phalaborwa.
The occasion will be hosted at Cnr R71 and Mashishimale Road in Phalaborwa at 10:00 this coming Sunday.
The title of his highly awaited book is ” Servant Leadership, the path to success”.
In his book Dr Kgatle dissects two styles of leadership; the decision-making model and path-goal model.
He also shares powerful key elements of servant leadership styles, misconceptions, principles and models that develop leaders at all levels of the organisation and anyone who wants to be a leader.
Some of the different speakers who will be gracing the event are; Apostle J Sithole, president of BWC Churches, Professor Tinyiko Maluleke, Academic and Political Analyst, Mpume Monyela, Executive Director of AFGRI Group and Pastor Gauteng Ramalepe.
