A master Hungarian Pastry chef, Peter Gyorgyicsek, will give demonstrations on 9 and 10 May at De Oude Werf.
Friday from 14:00-16:00 is a Cup Cake piping demonstration with fondant and sugar veil.
Saturday from 09:30-11:30 he will give a chocolate demonstration and chocolate decorations and from 12:00-14:00 a Fabbri dessert demonstration..

• Peter says that being a Pastry Chef is not only a job for him but a passion.
“My special skill, the sugar art, which I have been doing for over 14 years, is very important for me. I would like to share this passion with other Pastry Chefs who are willing to learn it and are interested in this art of decoration.”
