Artists paint the malls walls
Middelburg Mall have embarked on a wall art project aimed at beautifying a blank white wall at the Mall behind which construction is taking place.
The wall is located at entrance four and this week eight artists from all over town were selected to feature a painting on a blank canvas.
According to Marketing Manager Anneliza Erwee, the designs range from jewelry to beauty and lifestyle as it incorporates elements of the Middelburg Mall shopping experience. “We will host the official unveiling of the paintings this Friday,” said Anneliza.
The wall is only a temporary structure until the construction work is completed.
