BREAKING NEWS: Armed robbery at ‘The Fix’ in Middelburg Mall

A gang of armed robbers targeted The Fix (formerly Fashion Express) in the Middelburg Mall this morning.

Mall manager, Mike Tammadge, said that five men walked into the store and showed a gun to one of the cashiers. They stole R500 out of the till before the were disturbed by something and fled.

Police are currently looking for a silver Toyota Corolla.

No one was injured in the process.

A photo of the getaway car is circulating and community members are asked to look out for it.
