Home Affairs extends working hours

Middelburg Department of Home Affairs has extended its operating hours to accommodate first-time applicants.

Penny Vuma, the departments manager, says the extencded operating hours is to assist learners and other residents that need documentation.
She urges first-time applicants to use this opportunity to apply for their identity documents before returning to school.

Home Affairs offices will be open from 07:00 – 18:00 from January 2 till January 11.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

Their offices are situated at 37 SADC Street, Middelburg, 1050.
