Driver injured in truck accident on Bethal Road
One of two truck drivers sustained injuries and had to be taken to hospital following a collision on the Bethal Road near Brian Tyre Centre.
The collision took place earlier this morning after one of the trucks had to brake for something in the road.
The truck was then rear-ended by a truck travelling behind it.
Traffic ground to a halt following the collision, but the scene has now been cleared and traffic flow is back to normal.
The extent of the driver’s injuries is unknown and no other injuries were reported.
