VIDEO – Peeing in public, a nuisance of note
On Wednesday a man was caught urinating against a tree in OK Meyer Street's parking lot in the full view of the public during peak traffic hours.
Www.mobserver.co.za took a video of the man who was at first non phased by the eyes on him.
When he realized he was being filmed however, he shied away from the camera by maneuvering around the tree.
Www.mobserver.co.za spoke to the SAPS, the National Prosecuting Authority and local municipality about laws and bylaws around the widespread problem.
