More fatalities after bus accident on Stoffberg road
Two people died yesterday evening in a collision between a bus and a truck on the R555 Stoffberg Road.
Media Spokesperson of Transport and Cummunity Safety Liaison, Mr Moeti Mmusi confirmed that commuters of a midibus were killed and injured when a truck rear-ended the midibus and went on to collide with another truck.
18 passengers had to be transported to the Middelburg Provincial Hospital and two were killed in the collision.
Police are busy with an investigation, to conclude what caused the accident.
