Watch: Family of murdered woman confronts accused after case against him is withdrawn

The family of the woman who was brutally murdered in Mhluzi last October was devastated after the man accused of her murder, walked out of court a free man.

The murder charge was struck off the court roll on Friday morning at the Middelburg Magistrate Court, after the court ruled that the months of postponement, waiting for DNA results, are not fair against the accused.

After court rescinded, the brother of the murdered woman confronted the man formerly accused of her murder, outside court.
