N4 open after early morning protest action

According to motorists, coal trucks were used to block off traffic earlier this morning.

The N4 is open for traffic after protest action at the Balmoral off-ramp earlier this morning.

Media spokesperson for Trac N4, Ms. Solange Soares, confirmed that the current status for the N4 in the affected area is open. She however, added that the protest action has moved onto the off-ramp itself and into Bronkhorstspruit.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution.
