Storm destroys classroom roofs, help needed
Principal Bafana Mnisi, "We urge the public to help in any way they can."

Friday night’s severe storm has destroyed two of Elusindisweni Primary School’s classroom roofs.
Strong winds caused the collapse of the Grade 2 and Grade 7 roofs, with no one injured as the incident occurred at roughly 21:30 on Friday, August 25.

A school meeting will take place on Monday morning, to decide the correct course of action for the affected classes.
School principal Bafana Mnisi told the Middelburg Observer, “We urge the public to help in any way they can.’

‘Whether through financial means or the donation of tables, chairs or zinc sheets for repairs, any and all help will be greatly appreciated.”
If you would like to help, contact Mr Bafana Mnisi on 072 584 5391.
