Former Mpumalanga Premier and Deputy President David Mabuza visited Middelburg yesterday on the ANC campaign trail.

Former Deputy President David Mabuza at Mhluzi Mall yesterday.

Mabuza visited Mhluzi Mall as part of the ANC’s Steve Tshwete Subregion Political Outreach Programme.
The former deputy president visited the mall, where he mingled with scores of excited residents.

Voters will head to the ballot box next Wednesday, May 29, with Mabuza saying the party is confident it will retain a majority, urging supporters to vote.

Mabuza served as deputy president of South Africa from February 2018 to February 2023, after his tenure as Mpumalanga Premier from 2009.
