Update: Man dies in Hospital after accident on the R540

Yesterday afternoon, two women and a policeman died after a head-on collision between Belfast and Dullstroom.

The Mpumalanga Police have confirm that the man involved in the accident between Belfast and Dullstroom, has succumb to his injuries.

The Mpumalanga SAPS also confirmed that the policeman who died was a 45-year-old Constable.

The victims have yet to be identified.

“This is a tragic loss of life, and our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the deceased,” said the Acting Provincial Commissioner of the SAPS in Mpumalanga, Major General Zeph Mkhwanazi.
