Registration will start at 06:30 with the running programme kicking off at 09:00.

Food an drinks will be available at the venue.

An entry fee of R10 will be charged for spectators.

Entry fees for athletes are R50 per entry and temporary licences.

Entries start for boys and girls under 8-years up to entries for men aged 85 to 89 and women aged 75 to 79.

The last races will be run at 16:20.
