Stolen items retrieved by the Dagpatrollie

The items were reportedly stolen during a break-in.

At around 02:00 in the wee hours of the morning, two Dagpagtrollie reaction officers, Friikkie Verkmaak and Cor Nienaber, found four suspects pushing a stolen generator and other tools in Maroela Street in Kanonkop.

The items were reportedly stolen during a break-in.

The officers gave chase, leading to the men abandoning the stolen loot.

The stolen items were subsequently handed over to the police.

It is believed that the suspects also broke into houses on Broodboom and Impala Streets.

Residents who suspect that the stolen items belong to them are urged to contact Arthur Hill of the Dagpatrollie on 083 870 9693.
