Family comes forward to claim N11 accident victim

Family members have come forward to claim the remains of a man who was killed in a collision on the N11 (Groblersdal).

Lungisani Jeofrey Mutshnyalo (43) was killed in an accident on March 24, on the N11 (Groblersdal) at Keerom.

The Middelburg SAPS have been searching for his next of kin, who have since come forward to claim their loved one’s remains.

Shortly after the Middelburg Observer reported on the search for Mutshnyalo’s family, Sgt. Nonhlanhla Mdluli, media spokesperson for the Middelburg SAPS, informed that the family had come forward and will be meeting with the police today after seeing the article.

Mutshnyalo is originally from Thohoyandou, Venda, but was working in eMbalenhle, Secunda.

His brother reported him missing after he did not come home or report for work.

Mutshnyalo’s remains will be claimed by his family for a burial in Venda.
