Pienaardam remains under ownership of Gerrits family

During the past month, several offers were declined

Pienaardam has not been sold.
After deciding to sell the resort, offers were open to the public during the past month.

Gerrie Gerrits, owner of Pienaardam, said this morning that the offers did not achieve the price they were looking for.
“There was a lot of interest,” he said.
There were two large companies that showed interest, with whom further negotiations may take place later.

The resort has fishing facilities, swimming pools, a restaurant, various halls, accommodation, horse stables, and facilities to host equestrian events.
and has built it from the ground up to where it is today.
