The Burgh Competition

The riders and trainers of Pienaardam Horse Riding School participate in The Burgh Show-jumping competition held in Pretoria.

Anja Botha did two great rounds on El Salvador and Smoke Aloochee.

It’s not the first time that both these horses competed in the 80 cm & 90 cm competition.

Micheala Cook rode her new horse, Storm Boy, which did very well at the show. She also rode Ruiterhof Alpha and achieved a second place in the 1,1 m competition.

Franco Hattingh on Daydream Nyosi and Calvin Kok on Daydream Jazz jumped clear rounds in the 60 cm classes and received rosettes for their participation.

Flip Nkube on Good Connection did two beautiful rounds in the one metre class.

The trainers of these riders also participated and their performance is testimony as to why their students fared so well.

Rika Kok on Georgie’s Inn jumped a clear round in their first one metre two phase competition and had a double clear in the one metre competition. Brendau Kok on Rebertha 66 won both his 1,2 metre competitions.
