Viva Nothando!

Banyana Banyana's victory against Namibia in the COSAFA Women’s Championship, was a very special occasion for Mhluzi’s Nothando “Vivo” Vilakazi.

The defender played her 100th match for the national team, joining the elite league of Portia Modise, Janine van Wyk, Noko Matlou, Nompumelo Myandeni and Amanda Dlamini.

She made her debut against Ghana in 2007 and played in consecutive Olypic Games (2012 in London and 2016 in Rio de Janero), making her one of Mhluzi’s favourite sport stars.
