Caring with compassion

The CMR started a charity programme, Caring with Passion, at Manyano Primary School in September this year.

The school was identified after a number of abuse cases where reported.

“The children could also not concentrate due to hunger,” said Kinnie Scholtz.

CMR’s Kinnie Schotlz and social workers then started a programme where they provide a meal and therapy for the needy little ones.

The programme was initially for the school, but CMR with the help of Eastvaal Motors, saw a need to continue providing food for the children during the holidays, as for many its their only hope for a meal.

Eastvaal Motors donated groceries worth R6 000 to the programme and they also want to raise awareness of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in the Middelburg Community.
