A busy Heritage Day

MIDRAND – A bliss of colour as Busy Corner celebrated Heritage Day.

 

The popular restaurant, Busy Corner Imbizo Shisanyama in Ebony Park held an event on 24 September in celebration of Heritage Day.

The popular shisanyama erected a stage in Ivory Park on which various cultural groups displayed their diversity. The event attracted thousands of people from across Gauteng.

Many people were dressed in their traditional dress and the festivities continued throughout the night.

One of the stall holders, Xoliswa Tafane, founder of Da Bronx Empire, displayed her multiple bead crafts dressed in Xhosa attire.
