Why do YOU participate in cleanups?

MIDRAND – We asked residents why they get involved in cleanups and why it's important ...

TALENT NCUBE: My school is close to the same area we are cleaning, so hopefully more learners will be encouraged to do the same.
SASHA-LEIGH SANDERSON: Cleaning up the environment assists in making the community a safer and healthier place for all, so people must stop littering.
CHINMAYI SANTHASH: Children should not be surrounded by dirt, therefore the cleanup assists in ensuring that the area around the school is child-friendly.
FAVOUR IHEMBI: Being a part of the cleanup team is an awesome experience because we as pupils are playing a positive role in our community but more volunteers are needed.

At Caxton, we employ humans to generate daily fresh news, not AI intervention. Happy reading!
