Midrand police communications officer Constable Matome Tlamela said, “The complainant left his workplace everything was in order on 3 February but the following day at about 1.30am, he was informed by the workers that a burglary occurred at the container [at the workplace].”
It was found that the door of the container was forced open. On further investigation, he was has noticed that equipment at an estimated R20 000 was stolen.
Tlamela said the suspects are unknown and while no arrests have been made yet, Midrand police are busy with investigations.
“Anyone with the information regarding the case should call Midrand police,” said Tlamela.
