It has been reported that a man allegedly raped a woman and then stabbed her child after he called the police, informing them of his intentions.
It is believed that Olievenhoutbosch police did not act after reveiving the phone call. According to the woman, police did not respond.
A case was opened and police are investigating and still require a statement from the woman.
