SPCA takes Easter break
MIDRAND - Midrand SPCA is gearing up for Easter, and wanted to thank its supporters and wish them a safe Easter.
Midrand SPCA manager Elsje Naicker said the branch would be closed on 18 April (Good Friday), 21 April (Easter Monday), 28 April and 1 May (Worker’s Day).
Naicker said an inspector would be on duty to take animal related emergency calls and a staff member would be at the pound to receive stray, donated and injured stray animals.
“If your own pet is sick or injured please take him or her to your nearest vet for assistance,” said Naicker.
The Midrand SPCA has many animals up for adoption at its premises at 6 Dale Road, Glen Austin.
