Tributes for the late Constable Maelane
MIDRAND - Midrand police officers who worked with the late Constable Thari Maelane have paid tribute to her.
“Those special memories of you will always bring a smile. If only we could have you back for just a little while then we could sit and talk again just like we used to. You always meant so much to me and you always will. The fact that you are no longer here will always cause us pain but you are forever in our hearts.Until we meet again.” Midrand police finance department.
“To have known and worked with you was an opportunity I will always cherish for a long time. You will always be remembered. May your soul rest in peace.” Sergeant Molemi.
“Thanks my sister for being with us even though it was such a short time. You may be gone but you will never be forgotten because you were loved by many of us. May your soul rest in peace in heaven’s kingdom.” Constable Mapara.
“You will always be remembered, may your soul rest in peace.” Constable Mndebele
“Maelane Thari was an exceptionally bright, vivacious, talented lady. Her enthusiastic and passionate drive to rid Midrand schools of drugs and crime that touched us all. Maelane was always there and willing to help with the Community Policing Forum, from menial tasks to serious matters of crime prevention. We will miss your smile and mischievous sense of humour. Your involvement at Midrand Graduate Institute after the murder of a student showed your commitment to the Midrand area. You will be sadly missed by all in the policing forum. Visiting the police station will never be the same again.” Roslyn Toontas – Community Policing Forum Midrand.
The sadness never goes away. The silent tears still flow. You are thought of and so sadly missed more than you will ever know. But now you are with angels, safe and sound in heaven above. We hold onto the memories and treasure them with love yet special times now without you often make us wonder why God took you from this world. It was too soon to say goodbye but memories are precious, they will last a lifetime. God has chosen you to be his angel too.” Sadly missed by Shalinee and Alice Midrand police.
“To the Maelane family, when sadness fills your heart and memories of your beloved one come crashing forth as waves upon a sea shore, know that we will always be close at hand to comfort your ailing hearts.” Vuyo
