Acts Of Love spends a day with people from Olievenhoutbosch

OLIEVENHOUTBOSCH - Acts of Love, a charity organisation, visited the community of Olievenhoutbosch to engage and feed the less privileged.

The organisation’s Cindy Naidoo said, “The aim of our initiative is to ensure that we touch people’s lives. It is more than just feeding them, but to love and care for people; an affection some of the people in these communities do not get a lot of.”

Naidoo added that the charity prepared meals for hundreds of people, gave them grocery hampers, party packs and toys. She said as a non-profit organisation they relied a lot on sponsorships to run their initiatives and projects. “We are so grateful for all the help we receive from the community with regards to our projects,” she said.

The charity’s next project is a career planning day for orphaned children on 18 April.
