Midrand children and teens enjoy a hipster themed holiday camp in KwaZulu-Natal

MIDRAND – Local kids visited KwaZulu-Natal for a summer camp at Sugar Bay Resort.

 

The April holidays kicked off in style for Midrand children and teens who visited Sugar Bay Resort, situated on Zinkwazi Beach, for a holiday camp from 9 to 16 April.

Midrand children joined other youngsters from other areas for the hipster themed, week-long holiday camp which accommodated 94 children.

Co-ordinator of the summer camp, Jay Royce said the children enjoyed many fun activities and excursion at the popular tourist attraction, the Durban beach front. They went kayaking, bodyboarding and built sand castles along the beach.

“This week our campers really enjoyed the themed camp experience and the diversity of kids from all over South Africa who found friends in each other,” said the Sugar Bay team.
